Terms of Use

1. The service

Luna Dream lets you keep a dream journal, read about dream symbols and receive AI-generated interpretations, images and chat replies. We may add, change or remove features over time.

2. AI content is not advice

Interpretations, images and replies from Luna are generated automatically by AI. They are provided for entertainment and self-reflection only. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric or any other professional advice, are not a diagnosis or treatment, and do not predict the future.

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected. Do not rely on it for decisions about your health, safety, finances or relationships. If dreams or feelings are causing you distress, please talk to a qualified professional. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number right away.

3. Your account

You need an account to use the app. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country); if you are under the age of majority, use the app with the permission of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You can delete your account in the app at any time.

4. Premium subscriptions

• Some features require Luna Dream Premium, an auto-renewing subscription purchased through your Apple ID. The available plans, their length and price are shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends if a trial is offered.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple ID settings: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel it.
• Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Fair-use limits apply to AI features (for example, the number of chat messages or image regenerations) to keep the service available to everyone.

5. Your content

Your dreams and notes remain yours. You give us a limited licence to store, process and display your content only as needed to run the app — for example, to sync your journal or send text to AI providers with your consent. If you share a dream publicly, you allow it to be shown to others until you stop sharing.

Do not share content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, infringes others’ rights or contains other people’s private information. We may remove shared content or restrict accounts that break these rules. You can report a shared dream or block a user in the app.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app: no attempts to access other users’ data, bypass limits or payments, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or use it to generate unlawful content. We may suspend access in case of abuse.

7. Our content

The app, its design, the symbol dictionary and other materials we provide are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes within the app. AI-generated images and texts created for you may be used for personal purposes; you are responsible for how you use them.

8. Third-party services

The app relies on services such as Apple, Google Firebase, OpenAI and others described in our Privacy Policy. Their availability is not fully under our control.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on AI content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

10. Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for claims relating to the app. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price, if any. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. Apple’s Standard EULA also applies to your use of the app.

11. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version, and significant changes will be announced in the app. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend the service or your access if required by law or in case of serious violations.
